General Terms

By accessing surge-blaze.digital or enrolling in Surge Blaze DevOps Academy programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a revised last updated date.

We provide professional education, mentoring, and related advisory materials concerning DevOps and release engineering topics. Deliverables are described in cohort syllabi. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or third-party certification success.

You agree to provide accurate enrollment information, respect other learners and staff, follow lab safety and acceptable use policies, and refrain from sharing access credentials. Misuse of shared infrastructure may result in removal without refund except as required by applicable law.

Course materials, templates, and branding remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of materials is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted under Vietnamese law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific cohort giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons with reasonable notice when feasible. You may stop using our services at any time. Financial remedies follow our Money-Back Policy where applicable.

We may modify schedules, mentors, or delivery formats when necessary to preserve educational quality, providing alternatives of comparable scope. Notices may be sent to the email on file; you are responsible for keeping contact details current.
