Money-Back Policy

This policy applies to tuition listed in Vietnamese Dong for Surge Blaze DevOps Academy cohorts purchased directly through our official channels. Third-party resellers may have separate rules.

If you cancel within fourteen (14) days of payment and before accessing more than one live mentor session or digital module unlock—whichever occurs first—you may request a full refund minus any non-recoverable government fees if applicable.

After the cooling-off window, partial refunds may be considered for documented medical emergencies or relocation outside Vietnam that prevents attendance, assessed case by case with supporting evidence.

Administrative fees explicitly labeled non-refundable, third-party exam vouchers purchased on your behalf, and completed mentor architecture reviews are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Email hello@surge-blaze.digital with your full name, cohort name, payment reference, and reason. We respond within five business days with next steps.

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method where possible; bank transfers may take additional clearing time per your institution.

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights available to learners in Vietnam, including remedies for defective service delivery.
