1. Data controller

Surge Blaze DevOps Academy operates surge-blaze.digital and acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the site and enrollment flows. Contact: hello@surge-blaze.digital, 466 Hong Bang Street, Ward 16, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

2. Categories of data

We may process identity and contact data, professional information, billing references, technical logs (IP, device, browser), cookie identifiers, communications you send us, and learning progress metadata required to operate cohorts.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is used to deliver courses, schedule mentoring, respond to inquiries, improve site reliability, comply with law, secure accounts, and—if you opt in—measure aggregated usage patterns.

4. Legal bases

Processing rests on contract necessity for enrolled learners, legitimate interests for site security and service improvement, consent where required (for example analytics cookies), and legal obligations where applicable under Vietnamese regulations.

5. Retention

Enrollment records are retained for the period needed to support certifications of attendance, tax, and dispute resolution, typically up to five years unless a longer period is required by law. Marketing consents are refreshed periodically.

6. Processors and sharing

We use infrastructure and communications vendors who process data under agreements requiring confidentiality and security measures. We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed when required by competent authorities.

7. International transfers

Where data leaves Vietnam, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual measures or vendor certifications, consistent with applicable Vietnamese guidance on cross-border transfers.

8. Security measures

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, vulnerability monitoring, and staff training. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents promptly to hello@surge-blaze.digital.

9. Your rights

Subject to Vietnamese law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where grounds exist. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting lawful processing prior to withdrawal. Contact us to exercise rights.

10. Children and policy updates

Services are directed to professionals; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental authority. Updates to this notice will be posted with a new date; substantive changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated directly when practical.
